These Terms and Conditions apply to payments made through the online registration and payment platform operated by the Technical University of Liberec for participation in the international conference STRUTEX 2026.

By making a payment through this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Nature of the Service

The online platform facilitates the payment of conference registration fees and related conference services for participants of STRUTEX 2026.

Conference fees may include participation in the conference, access to conference materials, social events, workshops, or other services specified during the registration process.

2. Payment Policy

• Conference fees are payable after registration has been completed through the conference registration system.
• Participants will receive payment instructions and a payment link as part of the registration process.

No other payment methods are accepted.

3. Registration and Participation

Conference participation is confirmed only after the registration fee has been successfully received.

Participants are responsible for providing accurate registration and invoicing information. The conference organizers reserve the right to contact participants regarding incomplete or incorrect registration details.

4. Delivery of Services

No physical goods are sold through this platform.

Upon successful registration and payment, participants will receive confirmation of payment and registration by email.

Conference-related services will be provided according to the official STRUTEX 2026 programme and information published on the conference website.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Requests for cancellation and refund of conference fees are subject to the cancellation policy published on the official STRUTEX 2026 website.

Refunds may also be granted in cases of duplicate payments, payment processing errors, or other exceptional circumstances approved by the conference organizers.

Any refund requests must be submitted in writing to the conference organizers.

6. Invoice and Payment Confirmation

After payment has been completed, the participant will receive:

• A payment confirmation
• An invoice suitable for institutional reimbursement, accounting, or grant reporting purposes
